Gabriel Accascina
Gabriel Accascina is a former director of the Knowledge Management Group at the UN Development Program (UNDP) and a former fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. During a career spanning three decades with the UN and international development institutions, he led Internet infrastructure and knowledge-sharing initiatives across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
